Guest room rate is applicable two days prior and two days after the event official dates (21 -24 July). The Hotel check-in time is after 3pm on day of arrival. Should delegates wish to occupy the room before 3pm, placing a reservation the night before is recommended, subject to room availability. The Hotel check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out at 6pm is chargeable at 50% of agreed room rates and after 6pm is chargeable at full day room rates, subject to room availability.

F. TRAVEL FELLOWSHIPS

Note: The application for Travel Fellowship has closed on the 17th May 2010.

Award notices will be made in early May 2010. Priority will be given to attendees from developing countries, students, and beginning researchers.

G. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full payment must be made in order for registration to be processed.

Delegates can register onsite only after the closing date, 15 July 2010.

The Organisers reserve the right to change the conference venue, and/or alter the conference programme, or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.

All registration fees are non-refundable. Substitution is allowed only with written notice from the original registrant and emailed to wcri@sg.pico.com by 15 July 2010.

Please email notice of transfer to wcri@sg.pico.com. The Organisers reserves the right to decline any such request received after this date. No refunds are allowed for no-show after registration.

All information provided here will be passed to Pico Art International Pte Ltd, the appointed Event Manager, for the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity 2010, who may contact you for verification.
